Please Note: All registered officials will receive a "Rules Book" free of charge for each sport for which they are registered. Chapters, please include that number on this order form. If the order for "rules books" exceeds your chapters total registered members, the chapter will be billed for the excess. All other officials publications (not the "Rules Book") ordered will be the chapter's responsibility to pay.
