Eligibility Committee Overview:
Members of the Eligibility Committee must not be members of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association Executive Committee. The Eligibility Committee will make initial determinations involving eligibility, except for transfers, arising under the Constitution, Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association. This Committee makes determinations based on written documentation provided in the waiver form submitted by member schools on behalf of the student-athlete. Eligibility Committee decisions may be appealed to the Eligibility Appeals Committee.
